Man …oh…man… that was fabulous..!!!!
I went to my local supermarket and Ribeye roasts were on sale ($5.99/lb.). Well, I love Ribeye steaks (which i usually cut out of a roast) but Cheryl likes the leaner less marbled steaks like New Yorks, so I thought, this is going into the crockpot. I know, I know… crockpots are for tougher cuts. I have grilled them and roasted them at low temp in oven (200°) so I decided to try this way.. It’s like cooking any other roast but I know this is going to be delectable. I used this recipe.
