I first had this recipe in a cuban restaurant in St. Augustine, Florida.   It seemed so easy… Just  ground beef and a few other ingredients…’ Welll I tried it and it took me  quite a long time to get it all together, but the finished product was every bit as delicious as  the restaurant.   Tonight I had it on both home made cornbread and basmati rice… really yummy on both.
